Over the past 10 years, Walter has worked and been apart of a wide range of commercial transactions, giving him a diverse skill set in leasing, sales, and client relations. Walter strives to understand how the local market factors impact each of his clients in order to provide custom real estate solutions.
Walter takes great pride in the long-term relationships he has formed over the years with many of his clients, as well as his industry colleagues. His business is centred around a client and business first, service-oriented attitude.
Walter earned an honours degree in business commerce, specializing in digital marketing and is a graduate of Fanshawe College where he had gained 2 marketing diplomas specializing in business and advanced digital marketing. It was through these experiences that Walter learned the importance of a strong work ethic, dedication, and the ability to effectively communicate with his peers.
