William Grenon*

William Grenon has more than six years of brokerage experience in the province of Quebec. Starting in 2018 as a Data Intelligence Intern, then was named Associate in 2019, after finishing first among interns across Canada. Following his first year in brokerage, he won the rookie of the year award for the province of Quebec and in 2021, William was promoted to Senior Associate. As of 2024, he acts as Associate Vice President.

William is part of a team of experienced brokers made up of Patrick Soucy, Philippe Lambert, Maxime Paquet and Maxime St-Pierre who offer multiple commercial real estate services, including leasing, asset disposition, build-to-suit development projects, relocation, as well as sales leaseback in the Greater Quebec City Area.

William is also actively involved in the Quebec City business community and is a committee member of the Quebec Young Ambassadors Network.

Over the past few years, William and his team have received various production awards and participated in the closing of over 600 transactions, totalling over 5.7 million sq. ft. and representing a total value of over $420 million.
