Wilson Lam joined CBRE Limited in April 2025 and was promoted to Senior Sales Associate in July 2025. He works within CBRE's Capital Markets & Investment Properties practice in Vancouver, under the leadership of Executive Vice President David Ho, advising on commercial real estate across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, institutional, and land assets.
Wilson brings over two decades of real estate experience prior to joining CBRE, spanning land development, strata property management, and residential sales. This background gives him a working understanding of a property's full lifecycle — from site acquisition and development through to long-term ownership and management — which he applies when advising clients on commercial transactions.
Trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Wilson works with investors and clients from Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan, connecting cross-border capital to opportunities across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. He is the founder of a Cantonese-language YouTube channel covering Greater Vancouver real estate, the published author of a guide to strata documents, and a former recurring commentator on Toronto's FM1059.
Wilson holds a BCFSA Real Estate Trading License, held continuously since 2014.
