Yester Sabondzhyan is a Senior Director in CBRE’s Americas Consulting practice, based in Los Angeles. She leads Business Development and Client Project Execution for the West Coast Consulting team, with a focus on Workplace Strategy. Over the past five years at CBRE, Yester has partnered with clients across all sectors—ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 enterprises—to deliver tailored workplace and design solutions that align with each organization’s unique culture, goals, and growth trajectory.
Yester brings a holistic and data-informed approach to every engagement, drawing on her background in workplace systems, operations, strategy, and design. She is passionate about helping organizations reimagine the employee experience and excels at translating complex challenges into actionable, sustainable strategies that drive innovation and impact.
Prior to joining CBRE, Yester spent a decade as a workplace leader on the client side. At Hulu (acquired by Disney), she led the Workplace Insights and Development team, launching a global workplace management system and establishing design guidelines to streamline build-out standards. Before that, she was part of the Design, Construction, and Facilities team at Netflix, where she programmed and project-managed the company’s Hollywood headquarters,
