Zach Van Lowe joined CBRE in 2021 as a Research Analyst, providing in-depth market insights and data to support the industrial team. His strong analytical foundation and desire to work directly with clients quickly led him into brokerage, where he now specializes in industrial sales, leasing, and land development. Zach has developed a strong focus on Midwestern and Southwestern Ontario. His in-depth knowledge of local planning policies and development processes enables him to effectively advise clients on zoning, site approvals, and strategic land use helping them unlock value and navigate the development process with confidence.
Zach focuses on leasing and selling mid-to-large bay industrial properties across Waterloo Region, Guelph, Brantford, Woodstock, and Ingersoll. Over the course of his career he has represented $550,000,000 million in transactions, representing approximately 4,000,000 sq. ft and 1,350 acres of industrial real estate. He works closely with colleagues Ted Overbaugh, Mackenzie Sacco and Rachel Greguol to deliver comprehensive industrial real estates services to clients.
He has successfully advised local, national, and multinational clients on real estate strategies including relocations, expansions, dispositions, and acquisitions. Zach is known for his client-first approach, practical insight, and deep understanding of how real estate can support long-term business growth.
