Zean Wang is a Sales Representative with CBRE’s Multi-Residential Investment Group in Toronto.
Zean specializes in the valuation, marketing, and sale of apartment buildings across the Greater Toronto Area and secondary markets throughout Ontario. He works alongside a team of experienced brokers to advise private owners, institutional investors, and non-profit housing providers on acquisition and disposition strategies. His responsibilities include preparing detailed financial models, conducting market research, managing transaction processes, and supporting customized outreach campaigns.
Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Zean was a Research Analyst with CBRE’s Downtown Toronto office, where he supported both investment sales and leasing teams. In this role, he produces quarterly market publications, analyzes key trends, and prepares client-facing materials.
Zean also previously worked at Urbanation, a leading real estate consulting and data firm, where he focused on rental and condominium market research across the GTA, including custom reporting and development pipeline tracking.
He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning with a Minor in Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University. Zean is fluent in English and Mandarin and brings a strong foundation in urban policy, financial analysis, and market strategy to every assignment.
