Zubin Jussawalla is a commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial sales and leasing across the GTA. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial finance and real estate, he offers clients a rare blend of financial expertise, market insight and strategic negotiation skills.
Formerly an Associate Vice President at a major financial institution, Zubin managed over $550 million in complex debt transactions and led a national advisory team. His deep understanding of financial structures, risk analysis and asset valuation allows him to guide clients through every stage of a transaction with confidence.
Zubin maintains a strong network of financial partners, enabling him to connect clients with top lenders while delivering data-driven insights into market trends and property values. Known for building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency, he is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals through thoughtful, client-first strategies.
He holds a B.Comm from the University of Toronto (Rotman) and has served on the boards of 360°kids and the Toronto Midtown Business Association.
