CBRE Group Acquires Angus Consulting Management Limited in Canada

CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBRE) today announced the acquisition of Angus Consulting Management Limited (ACML), a market-leading provider of facilities management (FM) technical services in Canada.

Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Toronto, ACML specializes in managing highly technical facilities, including airports, data centers, commercial offices, educational institutions, and hospitals. ACML delivers a comprehensive suite of hard FM services, such as mechanical and electrical maintenance, HVACR, and asset preventative maintenance and replacement, to a diverse client base. Its team of more than 350 highly skilled FM professionals works out of ACML offices and client facilities nationwide.

ACML will operate as part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, significantly strengthening the company’s technical services capabilities across Canada.
