Myah Ollek

Myah Ollek initiated her brokerage career with CBRE in 2017, joining the Toronto Downtown operation's industry-leading office leasing team. Over the course of four years in this capacity, Myah successfully completed over 320 transactions and managed a substantial listing portfolio exceeding 3.0 million square feet of office space. In 2023, Myah relocated to Vancouver, where she integrated with the CBRE Vancouver office properties division. Her extensive agency experience has enabled her to collaborate effectively with key national owners of office properties across Canada, consistently applying CBRE’s best practices for agency assignments.

A recognized emerging leader within the Real Estate community, Myah was honored with CBRE Canada’s Emerging Leader award in 2021. She actively contributes to the industry through her involvement in Vancouver CREW, the CBRE Mentorship Program, and the CBRE Women’s Network where she is the co-chair of operations.

Myah holds an Honors Double Major in Geography and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.

• Listing Team for KingSett Properties' Downtown Vancouver Portfolio: Key involvement with 700 W Pender (146,313 sq. ft.), 750 W Pender (146,300 sq. ft.), and 1075 W Georgia (348,000 sq. ft.).
• Listing Team for Fiera Real Estate's Airport Executive Park: which consists of 13 buildings and totaling over 707,809 sq. ft.
• Listing Team for Bosa Properties and iA Financial Group: Key involvement with 988 W Broadway (102,301 sq. ft.).
• New Development Leasing Assignment: The Kaslo at Renfrew District (218,350 sq. ft.) with the Molnar Group.
• New Development Pre-Leasing Assignments: Directed efforts for significant projects, including 100 Queens Quay (675,000 sq. ft.) and the Waterfront Innovation Centre (400,000 sq. ft.), developed by Menkes Properties.
• New Development (Mixed-Use) Leasing: Oversaw leasing for 20 Edward Street (83,000 sq. ft.) and 2360 Yonge Street (65,000 sq. ft.).
• Listing Team for Dream Office REIT’s Toronto Financial Core Collective: Managed a portfolio comprising 366 Bay Street (37,070 sq. ft.), 150 York Street (356,666 sq. ft.), 67 Richmond Street West (50,258 sq. ft.), and 80 Richmond Street West (100,146 sq. ft.).
• Listing Team for Crestpoint Properties: Contributed to assignments for 1075 W. Georgia, 121 King St W, 215 Spadina, and 333 Queen St W.
