Meet the Toronto Team
Jim Wilson, Toronto Life Sciences Lead, believes in thinking differently and challenging the status quo. The way he challenges the commercial real estate status quo is by working within the largest commercial real estate services firm in the world but focusing on multi-market Office Occupier Services, Life Sciences and BioTech. The process Jim employs generates more value per square foot from fewer square feet and allows his clients to identify what is financially and strategically achievable rather than simply what is available and affordable.
Jim has worked with many members of the Fortune500 and local, regional and national office occupiers based primarily in the Greater Toronto Area and Waterloo Region. He is also heavily involved within the startup community throughout the Toronto-Waterloo Corridor and especially with companies in Life Sciences, BioTech, MedTech, and HealthTech. Because of his focus on Office Occupier services and Life Sciences Jim is permitted to work in both the Greater Toronto and Waterloo office markets and throughout the Ontario Life Sciences Corridor.
Since entering the CBRE office leasing group in 2006 Dan Lacey has focused on working with landlord Agency assignments and sale transactions in the Toronto West Market. During his tenure Dan has established a reputation for diligence, a keen eye for detail and inventiveness that helps his clients find solutions where none are available. Dan’s role on the Toronto Life Sciences team is to support landlords in their efforts to attract scaling Biotech and assist Life Sciences companies in their search for lab space.
