Since joining the CBRE in 2010, Brendan has been directly involved in providing clients with strategic commercial real estate consultation, focusing on occupier and agency office lease contracts. Since 2010, Brendan has represented Tenants and Landlords in over 1,450 lease contracts with an aggregate value of over $1.9Bn. Successfully servicing the needs of regional, national and international clients, Brendan provides his clients industry leading consultation in various commercial real estate scenario’s.
As the leader of the Toronto Leasing Group (TLG), Brendan works alongside his partners—Alex Bowman, William Dejonge-Ward, and Jennifer Gault—focusing on Agency Leasing, Occupier Leasing and Property Marketing. From 2019, Brendan has advised clients in over 1,700,000 SF of lease contracts, the development of 6 new office/mixed use towers and the sale of 5 prominent office buildings.
Brendan has been recognized as a leader within the Toronto Market by both clients and peers; Brendan is the 2021 SIOR Broker of the Year, CBRE’s Broker Choice Award in 2014, 2016 and 2021, Co-Star Power Broker 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and the 2017 NAIOP Developing Leader. In 2022, Brendan became a Senior Vice President at CBRE.
Brendan serves on the NAIOP Toronto Chapter Board of Directors, and Chairs the NAIOP Programs Committee. In addition, Brendan is the CoChair for the JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes, raising over $5M for Diabetes research, and was recognized as the 2019 Corporate Volunteer of the Year Award winner.
Brendan holds two degrees from the School of Business at Kansas State University, and holds professional designations from the TREB, OREA, and CREA.
