David has been a leader in the Edmonton market since 1990. He leads the National Investment Team Edmonton and has been involved in sales of over $6 billion of investment properties throughout the Province. NIT - Edmonton continually leads the Edmonton market in terms of market share every year, consistently handling 50% of all investment transactions for assets valued at more than $5 Million.

David opened the CBRE Edmonton office in 1995 and is responsible for the entire Edmonton operation. He leads a team of senior professionals in the office, industrial, retail and multi-family markets. David’s extensive knowledge of the market allows him to provide clients with the appropriate resources to solve complex real estate transactions.

The National Investment Team – Edmonton (NIT-Edmonton) consists of 8 dedicated commercial real estate professionals with a wide range of expertise and valuable market intelligence. The team’s combined industry experience is over 140 years with sales volumes over $18 billion. NIT-Edmonton’s experience includes the completion of major transactions in office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Edmonton and across the prairies. The team also has experience in the sale of redevelopment opportunities as well as commercial and industrial lands. In addition to transaction and underwriting expertise, NIT-Edmonton provides consulting and valuation services.

NIT-Edmonton is part of the National Investment Team – Canada, comprised of leading investment sales professionals from across Canada who have distinguished themselves through their focus on the sale of institutional investment properties and portfolios. This accomplished team, in conjunction with its counterparts around the globe, sources all potential investors from both private and public equity sources including institutional, off-shore and opportunistic capital. Working as a fully integrated team, the National Investment Team combines consultative market perspective with innovative investment strategies to deliver winning solutions that make a difference.
