Grant joined CBRE as a member of the National Investment Team – Edmonton in 2000. Over his tenure at CBRE he has developed a wide variety of skills that has contributed to the team successfully closing over $6.0 billion worth of transactions during his career. NIT- Edmonton continually leads the Edmonton market in terms of market share every year, consistently handling 50% of all investment transactions for assets valued at more than $5 Million. Grant’s knowledge and experience combined with his strong work ethic and keen attention to detail contribute to his successful role in the marketing, sale and due diligence process. He has helped grow and maintain his team’s solid foundation of clients through his professionalism, integrity and commitment. Grant’s experience covers all asset classes while specializing in the retail market. In 2006 and 2007 NIT-Edmonton was awarded the Richard A. Pogue award for top team in Canada.

The National Investment Team – Edmonton (NIT-Edmonton) consists of 9 dedicated commercial real estate professionals with a wide range of expertise and valuable market intelligence. The team’s combined industry experience is over 140 years with sales volumes over $18 billion. NIT-Edmonton’s experience includes the completion of major transactions in office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Edmonton and across the prairies. The team also has experience in the sale of redevelopment opportunities as well as commercial and industrial lands. In addition to transaction and underwriting expertise, NIT-Edmonton provides consulting and valuation services.

NIT-Edmonton is part of the National Investment Team – Canada, comprised of leading investment sales professionals from across Canada who have distinguished themselves through their focus on the sale of institutional investment properties and portfolios. This accomplished team, in conjunction with its counterparts around the globe, sources all potential investors from both private and public equity sources including institutional, off-shore and opportunistic capital. Working as a fully integrated team, the National Investment Team combines consultative market perspective with innovative investment strategies to deliver winning solutions that make a difference.
