Iris is Senior Director on CBRE’s National Client Solutions Team specializing in Investor Leasing. As part of Client Solutions, Iris partners with teams - across all service lines - focused on pursuing, winning and supporting regional and national accounts by diagnosing client needs and crafting innovative real estate solutions. In 2021 alone, the Client Solutions team secured over $36M in revenue across CBRE's business lines.
Iris is also Head of Property Marketing in Canada responsible for the strategy, thought leadership and development of national marketing programs across CBRE’s platform and service lines. In her role, she works directly with Investor Leasing clients to create and deploy market-leading marketing solutions for new developments, existing assets, marquee properties and multi-market portfolios for sales and leasing.
Iris has over 10 years of experience in CRE, marketing, transactions and sales. Previously, Iris was Director, Client Strategy on one of CBRE Canada’s top office leasing team, where she was responsible for leading the marketing, transaction management and team operations. Significant clients have included KingSett, Allied, Carttera and Hines and significant assignments have included Scotia Plaza, 65 King Street East, T3 Bayside and 134 Peter Street.
She currently holds her real estate license and has completed her PMP certification in Project Management.
