Iris Munro is Vice President, Property Marketing at CBRE Canada, where she provides strategic leadership for the firm’s national Property Marketing platform. She is responsible for shaping and scaling CBRE’s property marketing strategy across asset classes and geographies, aligning creative strategy with business priorities, client objectives and evolving market needs. In her role, she has helped redefine what property marketing can deliver, championing an integrated approach that brings together strategy, creativity, market intelligence and tenant engagement to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Iris led the development of Emerald Creative, CBRE Canada’s full-scale, award-winning in-house creative marketing agency, and continues to guide its vision and evolution. Built to support CBRE’s premier property assignments, Emerald Creative combines creative excellence, strategic thinking and CBRE’s market intelligence and scale to develop differentiated property brands and campaigns that strengthen market positioning, increase exposure and support leasing momentum. Iris also provides support to CBRE’s network of locally embedded creative professionals, helping establish a consistent standard of quality while supporting the needs and nuances of individual markets.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Iris has built a reputation for developing high-impact marketing strategies and translating them into measurable results. She has partnered with institutional investors, private ownership groups and developers to position some of Canada’s most prominent assets and developments.

Iris holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and her real estate license. She is recognized for building and inspiring high-performing teams, creating scalable marketing platforms and bringing a high standard of strategic thinking, creativity and execution to CBRE’s Property Marketing platform.
