Jennifer has been a Vice President in the CBRE downtown office for over twenty years. She provides clients with trusted real estate expertise, and committed service incorporating a clear understanding of the client’s business objectives, and delivering advice in the context of the current market. She has completed a number of complex transactions, and has established long term clients in a range of industries from small tech start-ups to publicly traded tech firms, architecture and law firms, asset management and investment management firms, mining companies, a major Canadian Pension fund and marketing firms. Prior to joining CBRE she spent 10 years in real estate finance, managing high risk and mortgage portfolios and was the Director of Finance for a major Canadian REIT.
