Jennifer Ryder is a Senior Vice President in the CBRE downtown office. For over twenty years, she has provided clients with trusted real estate expertise and committed service, incorporating a clear understanding of the client’s business objectives and delivering advice in the context of the current market. She has completed a number of complex transactions, and has established long-term clients in a range of industries from small tech start-ups to publicly traded tech firms, architecture and law firms, asset management and investment management firms, mining companies, a major Canadian Pension fund and consumer product firms. Prior to joining CBRE, Jennifer was in the real estate finance business, managing high-risk and mortgage portfolios and was the Director of Finance for a major Canadian REIT.
