Client Recommendations

"The Retail Team was extremely courteous & knowledgeable about the retail real estate market and always puts the clients needs first. They have been resolving the toughest deals for us, as they have put the clients interest first. Our retail real estate specialists for life as they have already won our hearts."

"The Suburban Retail Team have been a major part of my entrepreneurial life. Without their hardwork, guidance, attention to detail and relentless negotiating skills I wouldn't be living my dream right now. They have helped us lock in the best commercial spaces for our growing portfolio that are iconic and envy. We will continue to work with Matt and Adam as we grow and there is no other team I would put this much trust in. I highly recommend Matt and Adam if you want someone who deeply cares about your success and future."

"F45 have been working with Matthew Pieszchala from CBRE Limited Suburban Retail Division and his team since our first studio in Canada a little over 2 years ago. Since then Matthew has become very engrained in many aspects of the business from regularly attending studios to helping franchisees locate the most practical locations. He has developed a thorough knowledge of our requirements which gives us significantly reduced turn around times in sourcing and securing real estate and in turn helps our owners get their business up and running much faster. We are grateful to Matt and his team for all their hard work and expect the relationship and success to continue to develop and expand in future."

"My Name is Sal Zahid and I own 6 location of fat bastard burrito located in downtown Toronto. I would like to recommend Matthew Pieszchala from CBRE because he has done an outstanding job in securing all these locations for my business. He has gone above and beyond to negotiate the rent terms for my best interest. He has also helped me on promoting my own brands and has been a big part of securing new leases for those ventures. I still continue to work with him on numerous deals and he is a great asset to me."

"I know that I already thanked you for sending Adam my way, but I figure that when people have complaints, they usually send a multitude of emails and the world would be a better place if we did the same when we’re happy…and I am. The closing was scheduled for yesterday and due to a number of issues on the buyer’s side, needed to be postponed. I was a wreck, but Adam was very knowledgeable and supportive which made the day bearable, if not ideal. So, thanks again."
