As a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group, Stuart Dyer is an instrumental leader focused on tenant representation and business development for clients across North America. Stuart leverages his robust network of industry connections, deep technical expertise, and significant experience in AI/High-Performance Computing (HPC) to advise tenants on complex colocation sourcing, procurement, and site selection. Stuart maintains a specialized focus on the rapidly evolving needs of clients in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space, with a portfolio of notable relationships that includes firms like Fluidstack, Roblox, and Kyndryl.

Stuart brings a unique perspective to client needs, having managed one of the world's largest corporate data center portfolios while working at IBM from 2019-2021. In this role, he was responsible for all global data center transactions, managing a massive portfolio of over 500 locations, 480 MW of capacity, and 4.9 million square feet of raised floor space.
Prior to heading up IBM Data Center Real Estate, Stuart ran business development in the Northern Virginia region for CyrusOne, one of the largest and fastest growing data center platforms in the world. He successfully launched the firm's federal program and established strategic partnerships with multiple federal agencies seeking data center space in the critical Northern Virginia market.
Stuart is a long-time resident of Northern Virginia, where he resides with his wife and son. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys traveling and cheering on the local D.C. sports teams.
