Tom is based in our Waterloo Region Office located in Kitchener, Ontario. Tom joined CBRE in 1990, beginning his real estate career in the resource department in the Toronto West Office. Tom has completed the sale/leasing of Industrial Properties in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford, Listowel, and throughout Southwestern Ontario.
