Tom is based in our Waterloo Region Office located in Kitchener, Ontario. Tom joined CBRE in 1990, beginning his real estate career in the resource department in the Toronto West Office. Tom’s dedicated work ethic and persistence has allowed him to assist his clients in every level of real estate. Tom is a service oriented professional and a proven negotiator.
Tom has completed the sale/leasing of Industrial Properties in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford, Listowel, and throughout Southwestern Ontario.
