PointClickCare Expansion Proves all is 'The Well' in Toronto’s Office Market
October 18, 2022 3 Minute Read

PointClickCare Technologies, a healthcare software provider, is shifting its Canadian headquarters to The Well in downtown Toronto.
The company is taking 90,000 sq. ft. over three floors at the Allied Properties REIT and RioCan REIT development, one of the largest office lease transactions completed in Canada in 2022.
The deal was brokered by CBRE’s Steve Kerlovich, a longtime advisor to PointClickCare.
PointClickCare is looking to offer an “immersive, rich experience” for its hybrid workforce when it opens its doors at The Well in fall 2023. The company says the space is being designed for the future of work and will be highly collaborative.
“Toronto is one of the largest tech hubs in North America, and we see this expansion as a great opportunity to tap into the amazing tech talent that exists in our own backyard,” PointClickCare CEO Dave Wessinger said.
Go West, King West
The Well will allow PointClickCare’s employees to tap into everything the transformative, mixed-use development and the surrounding King West neighbourhood has to offer, including shopping, dining, hotels and events.
It will be PointClickCare’s fourth Canadian office, with other locations in Mississauga, Waterloo, and Toronto.
PointClickCare is maintaining a large footprint in Mississauga at Aerocentre V – formerly Target’s Canadian HQ – in order to stay tapped into the suburban labour pool for talent, says Kerlovich, who’s helped the company grow a number of times over a 20-year working relationship.
