Connor Young is a real estate advisor at CBRE, specializing in occupier representation and investment advisory across Canada.
Prior to joining the team, Connor spent over five years on CBRE Capital Markets’ National Investment Team, where he underwrote and advised on more than $13 billion of institutional-quality real estate spanning all major asset classes and geographies nationwide.
He has prepared and reviewed complex financial models and transaction structures, utilizing ARGUS Enterprise and advanced Excel modelling to evaluate risk, value, and liquidity outcomes. This experience enables Connor to assess transactions through both an owner and occupier lens, providing clients with a clear understanding of how real estate decisions impact long-term value and flexibility.
Drawing on CBRE’s proprietary data and his capital markets background, Connor delivers an informed perspective that creates meaningful value for both occupiers and investors. He helps occupiers understand how landlords evaluate assets, pricing, and lease structures, guiding more informed site selection, negotiation strategy, and long-term occupancy and investment decisions. Connor also advises investors, including private equity firms, pension funds, REITs, and family offices, on asset-level fundamentals, transaction structuring, and positioning.
