The team’s combined industry experience is over 140 years with sales volumes over $18 billion. NIT-Edmonton’s experience includes the completion of major transactions in office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Edmonton and across the prairies. The team also has experience in the sale of redevelopment opportunities as well as commercial and industrial lands. In addition to transaction and underwriting expertise, NIT-Edmonton provides consulting and valuation services.
