Thomas joined CBRE in 2013 and specializes in Investment sales. As a member of the National Investment Team - Edmonton, he has been involved in excess of $8 Billion of successful transactions. Thomas leads the multifamily practice, but still remains actively involved with institutional industrial, office and retail sales. In addition to the sale of income producing properties, Thomas has experience leveraging his relationships and sourcing equity for joint venture developments. Thomas prioritizes client objectives and has become a key contributor to numerous owners in their portfolio planning and strategy decisions.

The National Investment Team – Edmonton (NIT-Edmonton) consists of 9 dedicated commercial real estate professionals with a wide range of expertise and valuable market intelligence. The team’s combined industry experience is over 140 years with sales volumes over $18 billion. NIT-Edmonton’s experience includes the completion of major transactions in office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Edmonton and across the prairies. The team also has experience in the sale of redevelopment opportunities as well as commercial and industrial lands. In addition to transaction and underwriting expertise, NIT-Edmonton provides consulting and valuation services.

NIT-Edmonton is part of the National Investment Team – Canada, comprised of leading investment sales professionals from across Canada who have distinguished themselves through their focus on the sale of institutional investment properties and portfolios.
