Karlee Middlebrooks is a Transaction Manager within Industrial & Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services, supporting the industrial real estate needs of several international and Fortune 500 companies. She helps clients secure warehouse and distribution space across the United States and Canada.
Karlee brings expertise in portfolio optimization, strategic planning, financial analysis, site selection, asset valuation, lease administration, lease structuring and negotiation, and build-to-suit development. She is deeply committed to building trusted, long-term client relationships while delivering meaningful value.
Prior to CBRE, Karlee attended Furman University where she was a member of the women’s tennis team and was co-captain her junior and senior year.
