Maggie MacInnis is an industrial real estate associate and Sales Representative working out of the CBRE Toronto West office. Maggie joined CBRE in 2022 working alongside Chris Bournakas. She graduated from Brock University and worked in accounting prior to transitioning to her role in Industrial Real Estate at CBRE.
Maggie prioritizes client relations and is consistently furthering her skills as she continues to gain a high-level outlook on the Industrial Real Estate Market on Team Bournakas. She is responsible for daily correspondence with clients, agents and brokerages ensuring that critical data is communicated promptly and seamlessly with the project team. She is also responsible for curating marketing material and strategy as well as administrative tasks including transaction oversight and has played an integral role on many notable projects. Maggie is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive high-level services and is a trusted member of Chris’ team.
