Bob Mussett

Robert Mussett is an Executive Vice President and leads the National Investment Team and the National Apartment Group for Atlantic Canada. Bob was one of the founding broker’s of CBRE Atlantic in 2002. Bob’s 30+ years of experience and transactional accomplishments, give him unique insight into Atlantic Canadian real estate market trends.
Edwina Govindsamy
Atlantic Sales Manager, CBRE Limited
Edwina Govindsamy leads sales strategy and execution across CBRE’s Atlantic Region, supporting offices in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. With nearly a decade of experience in CBRE’s brokerage division, she brings a deep understanding of client service, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Krissy Fry
SVP, Debt & Structured Finance, CBRE Capital
Krissy Fry joined CBRE in May 2020 as Vice President, Debt & Structured Finance in Atlantic Canada specializing in advising clients on structuring CMHC-insured financing solutions, leveraging the in-depth knowledge of the CMHC Mortgage Loan Insurance program that she acquired in the various senior management positions she held at Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation from 2006 to 2018.
Breanne Hay
Sales Associate, CBRE Limited
Breanne Hay is a member on the National Investment Team (NIT) Atlantic Canada. The team provides advisory services for clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial and investment properties.
Since joining CBRE in 2015, Breanne has specialized in retail and has experience working with regional, national and international clients to provide site selection, land acquisition and investment sales services.
Paul Morassutti
Chairman, CBRE Limited
Paul Morassutti is Chairman of CBRE Limited and previously lead CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory team in Canada. Paul has a wide ranging background encompassing all facets of Institutional real estate and land development. He is also a member of CBRE’s Executive Management Committee and Canadian Executive Council.
Paul has authored numerous articles and has appeared in and on BNN, Bloomberg News, the CBC, The Globe & Mail, The Economist and the National Post among others. He is a frequent guest speaker at commercial real estate conferences and events and has developed and presented multi-day, in-house valuation training for groups such as Realpac, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute of Canada and Brookfield Financial. Paul is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and previously sat on the Advisory Board for the Schulich School of Business MBA Program in Real Estate and Infrastructure. He is also a past Director of Artscape where he chaired the Project Development committee.
Ricky Hernden
Vice President, Client Strategy, CBRE Limited
Ricky Hernden oversees all marketing and corporate communications activities for CBRE in Canada. His team is spread across the country and has expertise in corporate marketing, internal communications, media, digital marketing, events, translation and location intelligence.
As Vice President, Content & Client Strategy for CBRE in Canada, Ricky connects clients and colleagues with Canadian data, market intelligence and cutting-edge real estate outcomes. He creates content that is original, powerful, accessible, and actionable. He helps build brands, raise awareness of opportunities in the marketplace and strives to make positive change.
Peter MacKay, PC, KC
Executive Advisor, Deloitte Canada
Peter served in the Parliament of Canada for over 19 years, 10 as a cabinet minister in high-profile portfolios, including Justice and Attorney General, Department of National Defence, Foreign Affairs, and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency ACOA. He chaired the Canadian National security committee and served on numerous cabinet committees for 10 years. He was called to the bar in 1990 and served as a public defender and a Crown Attorney in Nova Scotia before being elected. He works with the Atlantic Canadian law firm McInnes Cooper. At Deloitte Canada, Mr. MacKay provides strategic advice on projects related to the firm’s leading Government & Public Services Industry practice. He focuses on defence modernization, justice reform, illicit finance, infrastructure, and economic development and recently took on the lead role for Arctic strategy.
