Associated Office
Alexander Bowman is a Sales Representative and partner at the Toronto Leasing Group (TLG) within CBRE’s Downtown Toronto Office. With a focus on delivering strategic real estate solutions on behalf of his clients' needs, Alex combines his analytical background with an understanding of market dynamics.
Joining CBRE in 2022 as a Sales Trainee in the Research Department, he supported brokers in Office, Retail, and Industrial sectors through data analysis and market statistics. This foundational experience facilitated his transition to TLG, where he is responsible for Business Development for both Occupier Services and Investor Leasing portfolios. In the past two years, Alex has supported over 650,000 square feet of leasing activity.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from Dalhousie University and is credentialed with professional designations from TRREB, OREA and RECO.
