Prior to joining CBRE in 2024, William Dejonge-Ward gained experience while working at a global real estate brokerage. With his background he is equipped with a strong understanding of market trends and client-centric strategies in both investor leasing and tenant representation.
As part of TLG, William works alongside a team of innovative professionals focused on delivering strategic real estate solutions. Together, they aim to create dynamic ecosystems that foster growth and connection within Toronto's commercial real estate landscape.
William is deeply committed to philanthropy. He actively supports the Tim Hortons Foundation, helping to send kids to camp each year, fostering personal growth and development. In addition to this, William has participated in various service projects in South America, where he contributed to providing essential services to rural communities. He is also involved with Habitat for Humanity projects in Toronto, helping to build homes for those in need, and has participated in several food programs in the city, working to combat hunger and support local families.
