Andrew Cranmer is a Vice President with CBRE Capital Market’s and is a partner on the National Investment Team (NIT) Atlantic Canada. Andrew leads the team’s development land practice and provides developers, land owners, users and investors with extensive knowledge of local market conditions, critical development considerations, and the regulatory environment. He assists his clients in forming a strategy for maximizing the value of their real estate holdings.
Andrew has been with CBRE since 2004 and operates within a team along with Bob Mussett, Chris Carter, Breanne Hay, Benson Auld and Taylor McNeil.
