Associated Office
Benson Auld is a Sales Representative and member of CBRE’s National Investment Team Atlantic (NIT) and a member of CBRE’s National Apartment Group (NAG). Benson’s primary roles within NIT include team lead on private capital sales mandates, and lead underwriter on multifamily assets and development land files.
Benson joined CBRE as a market researcher in 2019 and managed CBRE’s Atlantic Canadian research platform. Through utilizing his background in economics, he was able to coordinate and strengthen CBRE’s market statistics across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland
