As a broker specializing in landlord representation for high-quality office buildings and laboratory space within the Greater Montreal Area, I use data and expertise to help private and institutional clients lease their spaces and find ideal tenants. I have experience in office development and mixed use, office-to-lab conversions, life sciences leasing and pre-leasing space prior to delivery.

Since starting my commercial real estate career over 20 years ago, I have worked in both marketing and leasing. In my work with Crofton Moore I was responsible for 2 million feet of mixed-use properties in GMA and GTA and while at Oxford Properties I was a key member of the leasing team with a portfolio of over 1.3 million square feet of regional retail redevelopment. The redevelopment process allowed me to understand the many moving parts of repositioning a site, including the magnetism of place making, the impacts a site has on the surrounding community, its sustainability, and drivers of the overall value of the property.

Today, my work focuses on listing premium quality and experience-rich office properties in downtown Montreal. My proactive approach to sourcing tenants ensures your space gets in front of Montreal's top companies before anyone else. I am actively involved throughout the leasing process, thoroughly understanding my clients’ assets, needs and goals to create optimal leasing strategies.

I also work in the life sciences market, helping landlords such as Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) grow their lab ecosystems in Laval’s Cité de la Biotech and Saint-Laurent’s NEXUS 40-13. Montreal’s wealth of universities, incubators and accelerators, medical manufacturing facilities and a history of innovation and research make it a rich ecosystem where life sciences start-ups and companies can thrive. My network and experience allow me to connect my clients with the right tenants within the technology, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Associate Vice President Nari Aznavour leads our business development efforts, using her strategic insights and network to drive leasing activity and uncover new opportunities for property owners. She focuses on finding tailored solutions for each new client with a belief that matching great space with great people matters.

Supporting the team is Transaction Manager Eugenia Olshevskaya, who provides comprehensive transaction oversight, managing complex leasing deals with precision to ensure seamless execution.
