As a Transaction Manager in CBRE Montreal’s Investor Leasing team, I represent institutional office landlords within a portfolio of over a million square feet in the Greater Montreal Area.

I started my career at CBRE in 2011 as a Graphic Designer and joined Montreal’s National Investment Team in 2014, where I worked as a Marketing Coordinator and helped service financial institutions, REITs and high net-worth private investors. I assisted in the disposition of notable properties such as Tour KPMG, Technoparc Office Portfolio and the Banana Republic Flagship Store.

After obtaining my commercial brokerage license in 2020, I took on greater responsibilities in the representation of institutional landlords. I also completed my CCIM designation, enhancing my ability to serve clients. My diligence and attention to detail allow me to successfully manage and oversee complex transactions on behalf of office landlords in Montreal, ensuring that the process goes smoothly for my clients.

I also work alongside my colleague Erica Deschênes in assisting property owners within the life science sector in expanding lab hubs in locations such as Laval’s Cité de la Biotech and Saint-Laurent’s NEXUS 40-13. Montreal’s abundance of universities, incubators, accelerators, and research and manufacturing facilities creates a fertile environment for life sciences to flourish.
