Kayla Conlon joined CBRE Limited in 2019 and is based in the Kitchener office as a member of the Southern Ontario Investment Team. She specializes in client services and transaction management as a licensed sales professional in the sale of development land and multi-residential properties, as well as retail, industrial, and office investment assets.
Kayla has established a strong track record of supporting clients through complex investment transactions and thrives in the fast-paced environment of commercial real estate. With experience in large-scale investment sales, she understands the challenges and expectations of both vendors and purchasers, enabling her to deliver exceptional service while building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
Working alongside her team, Kayla has been involved in more than $1.2 billion in investment transactions across Southwestern Ontario within the last 5 years. She has contributed to over 200 transactions involving more than 2,200 acres of development land and over 25,000 residential units.
