Neusha Taheri is a Sales Analyst with CBRE's Southern Ontario Investment Team, based in the Kitchener office. Since joining CBRE in 2026, she has provided underwriting, valuation, market research, and transaction support across a diverse range of asset classes, including development land, multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties throughout Southwestern Ontario. Neusha plays an integral role in the execution of investment and development transactions, assisting with financial analysis, project coordination, and the preparation of client deliverables.
