Martin Cote is an urban re-development and residential development land specialist based in Waterloo Region. Martin has in-depth knowledge of the Southwestern Ontario residential development market; having brokered land sales for the development of over 15,000 multi-residential units and over 1,000 acres. Martin regularly assists clients with the disposition unique high density redevelopment properties, infill sites, and suburban subdivision development lands.
Martin is also a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng). Prior to joining CBRE, Martin was employed with Stantec Consulting Ltd., a leading international engineering consulting firm. While employed in this engineering role, Martin was involved with various environmental engineering projects ranging from land development support, contaminated site management and water resource development.
