Martin Cote is an urban re-development, residential development land, and apartment sales specialist based in Waterloo Region. Martin has in-depth knowledge of the Southwestern Ontario residential development and apartment markets; having brokered land sales for the development of over 25,000 multi-residential units, over 2,000 acres of land, and 2,800 apartment units. Martin regularly assists clients with the disposition unique high density redevelopment properties, infill sites, suburban subdivision development lands, and multi family assets.
Martin is also a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng). Prior to joining CBRE, Martin was employed with Stantec Consulting Ltd., a leading international engineering consulting firm. While employed in this engineering role, Martin was involved with various environmental engineering projects ranging from land development support, contaminated site management and water resource development.
