Tom Schuster is a sales representative and lead analyst for CBRE Canada’s National Apartment Group. Tom oversees the financial modelling, due diligence, research, and marketing functions of all Ontario transactions, as well as major institutional mandates across Canada.
Tom has personally underwritten and facilitated over $6.9 billion in transactions representing over 24,200 units traded. The National Apartment Group – Ontario consistently achieves the #1 position in apartment sales company-wide.
Since 2000, the National Apartment Group Canada has generated more than $24 billion in sales. While advising private equity, institutions, pension funds and REIT clients, the team works collaboratively across markets to provide a comprehensive range of real estate services in the multi-residential market both on a local and national level.
