Braylon Klemchuk joined CBRE’s Edmonton Industrial Team as an intern in 2014. His strong performance and work ethic have since propelled him to Senior Vice President, where he specializes in tenant and landlord representation and the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties across the Greater Edmonton Area.

Over the course of his career, Braylon has served as the lead advisor on more than 3 million square feet of industrial leasing transactions and over $200 million in sale transactions. His experience spans a broad range of complex industrial real estate assignments, delivering strategic solutions that help clients maximize value, mitigate risk, and achieve their objectives.

Braylon has built a reputation for successfully negotiating and executing sophisticated transactions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service. He is widely recognized for his unparalleled understanding of the Edmonton industrial market and is frequently relied upon by clients, investors, landlords, and occupiers for insightful market intelligence and strategic advice.

A graduate of MacEwan University's Bachelor of Commerce program, Braylon combines strong business acumen with practical real estate expertise, enabling him to develop innovative, results-driven solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
