Braylon started at CBRE in 2014 as an Intern for the Edmonton Industrial Team. Since then, Braylon has advanced himself to a Vice President role focusing on tenant/landlord representation and the acquisition/disposition of industrial properties throughout the greater Edmonton area.

Throughout his tenure at CBRE Braylon has been the lead broker on over 2 million square feet of leasing assignments and $150,000,000 worth of sale transactions demonstrating his commitment to successful client outcomes. Braylon has a proven record of securing and executing complex real estate transactions while maintaining integrity above all else.

As a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program from MacEwan University, Braylon has a diverse skill set allowing him to provide pragmatic and creative solutions to his clients.
