Lucas Neumeyer joined CBRE in May 2022 as a Summer Intern. Following the internship, he remained with CBRE’s Research team while completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at MacEwan University and obtaining his Alberta Real Estate Licence. During this time, Lucas developed a strong foundation in market analysis and commercial real estate fundamentals, demonstrating a high level of dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm for the industry.

In July 2024, Lucas transitioned to CBRE's Industrial Sales and Leasing team, where he focuses on small to mid-sized industrial sales and lease transactions throughout the Greater Edmonton Area. As an active member of the team, Lucas supports team members with market research, property valuations, marketing initiatives, client reporting, and business development efforts, while continuing to build his own portfolio of clients. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Lucas is committed to building long-term relationships and helping clients achieve their real estate objectives.
