We focus solely on industrial sales and leasing.

With over 145 years of combined experience focused on the Edmonton Industrial Market, we are able to offer our clients in-depth and concise real estate information.

Our Team consists of seven licensed brokers: Kevin Hughes, Gregg Maimann, Trevor Schmidt, Jordan Adams, Braylon Klemchuk, Jay Olmstead, and John Allan McKay with a combined experience of over 145 years in leasing and sales of industrial properties and land, supported by our Client Services Coordinators Jessica Jefferys and Samantha Houk. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors via our team approach to the business, by working in a collaborative environment to find solutions for our clients’ real estate needs.

Our strength derives from a system built upon clearly defined roles, effective communication, and efficient coordination to help assure that clients are provided with the most effective service available in today’s commercial real estate market. Having worked together since 2004, we have been able to lever off of each individual's strengths to provide favorable results for our clients. In addition we have tapped into the vast resources and global platform of CBRE, which has enabled us to perform successfully on sale and lease listing where others have failed. Our “True Team” approach is built off of clearly-defined roles, effective communication, inter-brokerage collaboration, and efficient coordination – this differentiates us from our competitors.
