The Land and Development Team is comprised of dedicated, specialized professionals focusing on land appraisal across all land types including high, medium and low-density residential, industrial, office and retail land in the Greater Golden Horseshoe area and Southwestern Ontario. The team averages over 150 assignments per year with an average annual aggregate value in excess of $10 billion, and is routinely involved with the majority of the largest and most valuable transactions each year.

The Team

The team is unique in that it is multi-disciplinary in nature and includes business school graduates, planning professionals, AACI’s and expropriation/litigation specialists. The team is well versed in all aspects of development economics, land use policy and the expropriation process.

CBRE’s dedicated Land and Development Team collaborates closely with other Valuation and Advisory Service professionals, CBRE Brokerage and Research departments as well as market participants including developers, planners, quantity surveyors and private lenders to stay current on the latest industry trends and market activity.
